Check your belt to see if its too tight. It could put strain on the bearing in the charger and cause it to spin unbalanced.

Belt was actually slightly loose until yesterday when I adjusted the belt to be a little tighter so wouldn't be from that.

Get a 'Mechanic's Stethoscope'.

Pin point the source.

I am still going with idler pulley(s). <<< at least lets hope so.

I had a very similar issue. I removed the supercharger to send it off. It was then I realized that the charger felt tight and smooth with hand spinning. (mine was still pretty fresh)

I then checked the pulley(s); it was immediately obvious they were bad. It was the same as yours, intermittent 'grinding/clicking' sound. Usually after it ran for a while.

Before I took it apart; I would have sworn that the problem was coming from the charger

What was wrong with the pulley? I gotta pull it off in not too long anyways since I am upgrading the pulley and installing a clutch.

I think he is referring to the pulley that tensions the belt and NOT the pulley that is bolted to the blower shaft.

Yeah I know that. Mean I need to pull the blower off anyways to put a new pulley and belt on and install the clutch.

Correct.

I recommended using the 'Stethoscope' to know what you are getting into before you do all the 'work'.

If you are removing the blower anyway, then by all means, remove it, and let us know what you figure out.

That's a good idea. I will try to check that out first. Not planning to pull the blower until the spring unless needed before then. Come spring want to go with a 12 lb pulley so gotta pull everything then anyways if it does need to be rebuilt.

Sounds like the bearing is going out. If it's under warranty just send it in. If it's not under warranty, open it up and have a look.

Using a screwdriver the sound seems to definitely be coming from the blower itself, not a pulley or anything. When letting off the gas I can smell the air from the bov and smells like it has burnt oil in it which it didn't use to.
The oil feed line was loose and dripping oil so my guess is it was too loose and wasn't getting the right amount of oil or something and must have messed up the bearings in the sc or something.
Hopefully the tune will go fine and then can pull it shortly and get it rebuilt before going for 12 lbs
