Default Vortech noob questions

I've got a couple basic questions on a Vortech V2. First, what is the best way to get at the air filter? There doesn't appear to be an easy way to get it out other than completely removing the box and the dozen fasteners holding it place.

Second, does the amount of oil needed for an oil change remain stock? I figure it would be no different from stock since the capacity of the oil pan doesn't change.

Remove the box and fasteners.

Oil remains the same. You need 5-1/2 or more quarts for the change.
I use 5.8 quarts.
