Default Vortech and a Snorkel intake?

Is there anyone out there who has gotten a Vortech supercharger and a snorkel intake to work together? I've tried searching and I keep searching and no one seems to even mention if it can or can't be done... Thanks guys

Problem is running a 3.5in pipe. There's just not enough space.

I think it would make some gains and improve iat (especially if you don't have a front mount heat exchanger)

Comptech and Vortech have a airbox cover for the air filter, this helps tremendously (i've proven this with a back to back test and logging).

I think going a step further by running a Cold Air Intake into the front bumper, you would see even better results.

Heat exchanger is a water cooled radiator for the supercharger (this connects in series with the Vortech/Sos/comptech aftercooler)

I suggest you use 4 inch tubing. Get a 4 inch radius. High temp silicon and others have 4 inch to 3-1/2 inch tapered silicone adapters. They also have 3-3/4 inch to 4 inch for the T trim guys. Four inch filters are easy to find as are hose clamps.

When I spaced my supercharger forward for the 8 rib setup it took over 1/2 inch out of my front supercharger and aftercooler clearances. If I can make it you should be able to with 1/2 inch more room. The shield is a piece of aluminum bent to fit into the cross member and tacked down with one screw. I've taken some tubing and sliced it and put it over the aluminum to dress it up.

Sideways I like what you have done with yours. One thing I will be doing in addition is adding a deflector piece of aluminum so the fans hot air is not blowing on the piping. It very hot I noticed. I hope this will help direct air from my air duct as well.
