The clutch I'm not worried about anymore, I have a friend with a shop that has done a few clutches with the s/c still on there. Helps when you have a lift

Still having some issues with the water pump, it's the last piece of the puzzle before the tune.

Are these pumps notorious for failing or being difficult to prime? The pump is turning on and getting plenty of voltage, but it is not pumping into the aftercooler.

I ordered a new pump, just in case this was broken and I've also changed the flow to match this image:

You're not going to be able to reach the top bell housing bolts unless you lower the engine.

The clutch is in, blower didn't have to be removed, but I appreciate the concern.
