Aftercooler does have the 5th injector. At least the V2 vortech did.
Timing box lists years on it so might be different but I removed all the vortech electronic boxes from my car anyways.
What did you replace them with? What are the downsides of running AP2 pullies on an AP1 honestly?

I just ditched the timing box all together as the comptech kit doesn't use one.
As for the vortech map clamp box I just use a block mechanical MAP block instead.
