There is a certain level of vibration that is normal. Yours sounds excessive. When it was installed, was the supercharger mounting plate tightening sequence followed accordingly?

I've had to remove my SC 3 times in the last 6 months. After installing it the second time, the vibration was worst than the first time it was installed. I did not follow the tightening sequence correctly the second time because most of the bolts I didn't need to loosen. When I finally got my sc installed where I wanted to, I decided to loosen all bolts in the tightening sequence and follow it accordingly. My vibrations are back to a minimal again.

I would first look over your mounts to make sure none of them are cracked. If they are not, then I would loosen and tighten according to the tightening sequence.

I have had mine apart 3 times in the last 6 months and all bolts were tightened down exactly how it says to do it in the manual.
