look up ford lightning water pump on Summit racing.

Prefer the CRS water pumps Higher capacity/flow especially good if you are using a large front heat exchanger on your air to water like me.

Did you check your fuse and ground?

I was thinking about going with a stronger pump because if you take the cap off I can not see the water circulating with the larger radiator (spearco). However, the AC seems to stay cool to the touch no matter what.

Just ran across this. My fuse also started burning out. Are you saying that the ground wire off the pump was the cause of the short?

That would be great news, since I don't look forward to replacing the pump itself with my limited skills and time!

I just found this, and I couldn't help but wonder what the ideal pressure for a water-to-air intercooler is.

"This information is directly from Bosch. Unit conversion shows that this pump flows 317 GPH; any seller who advertises differently is incorrect."

Found near the bottom of this page:

http://www.frozenboost.com/product_info.ph...608a891621d2b14

So far, this is the cheapest BOSCH water pump I've found online @ $120.00.
