Vortex or Comptech?
Hi all,
I just got an '06 S2K and am looking at some mods. I used to have among many other cars - a DC5. I noticed a decent gain when I put on Toda cams, exhaust, fujitsubo muffler, aem intake. Although decent, they were nothing close to the power I had w/ my Evo VIII. The S2K is my toy car. I also have a E60 M5.
So this is leading me to a TC or SC. I know it'll cost an arm, leg and two kidneys to get decent hp gains on a NA basis. I was a purist before but practicality is getting the better half of me now.
So w/c is better - Vortex or Comptech? Are there reliablity issues? Octane here is bad - 90 octane.
