Having some fueling issues. I think I narrowed it down to the AEM fuel pump.

Tomorrow I'm going to rewire the pump from the battery but I thought I may as well swap out the AEM pump because maybe I've caused permanent damage to it.

I've also heard lots of bad things about these pumps so I'm gonna go to a walbro or aeromotive.

I'm wanting to stay with the stock 07 FPR (which I heard is beefier than the 00-05)

Will it be enough to keep the aeromotive under control? Or should I play it safe with a walbro 255?

 

Walbro is enough to support the limits of returnless fuel system of MY06+. Get the aeromotive 340 if you wanna future proof for return setup.

 

I want the aeromotive just for the quality and sound.

I just don't want to run into any FPR problems or anything g else.
