Walbro whine
When my walbaro gets hot, on hot days when you've been driving for a while, the resistance increases on the pump and it can start to whine. It usually happens when you're nearly empty, because the fuel keeps getting recirculated, and the gas keeps getting hotter and hotter.
Noted for when the Walbro fails. I think swapping in the Walbro was about an 80 swear word job. Too much physical contortion.
I was thinking of doing this but wondered if the added flow might mess up the tune. Did you have any issues with A/F being off when you swapped it out?

If the noise really bothers you there is a solution.
I just changed mine out for a FB340 and that sucker is quiet.
I can not hear it prime when first turning on the ignition and I can't hear it running.
It is just flat out quiet.

Its plug and play right, no retune needed?
