I went with the J's header and 70RR single exhaust. I also dont think that it did much except make my neighbors hate me every morning at 4:45am. It did save a reasonable amount of weight though which is why I did it.

Will be doing the Megan also, why not save some money. Megan specs on the tubing are 2 in primary and 2.5 in collector.

Im pretty sure I lost power with my Megan, but it looks good.

IMHO, test pipe much bigger difference than any header and a fraction of the cost.

I remember Duc and the guys at Spugen doing a dyno shootout with a CTSC and different header designs, and the comptech 4-1 came out on top FWIW... I sold my header for a different kind of manifold...

Just another thought you guys may want to consider... The addition of a header isn't really to have amazing gains, but to groom the power band. Same thing with an NA car. If you pick up a few horses on the back end, kudos, but it's more about making usable power than peak power with this car anyways...

I went with the ASM header. I was told that it would make +3hp in the low to mid range. It made a 3 to 4 hp gain between 2300-5500 rpm. And 6 to 8 lb ft tq between 2000-5500 rpm. Saved some weight and picked up a little bit of low end responce
