At what point do you need return fuel kit?
At what point do the 2006+ ap2 need to convert to a return fuel system?
Got a novi 1200 going on with a 3.4" pulley soon.
ID1000's and AEM 320lph pump.
Thank you in advance for your replies.

with your set up you wont ever need to convert.
normally after 500 hp people upgrade the fuel system to prevent possible pressure differences between the injectors and to keep the injector duty cycle as low as possible.

I'm about to go down this path as well (my car is a 2006). I'm currently on ID1000''s and ran completely out of fuel at 402whp @ about 7500rpm. I started to go lean at 6800. This is with a completely OEM fuel system and ID 1000's. I've read that just upgrading the pump should be good to around 450whp. I've decided to get a return system so I won't have any more fuel issues.

No way you will get 500whp or even near it on returnless running e85 or 93 and under. Unless your on a very high reading dyno.
Here is a link to the sos return kit and a in depth explanation of the limitations and why.
