Default What power to expect with GT35R?

I am upgrading to a larger turbo next month and wanted to know what whp I might get with a GT35R at 16 psi with 8:8-1 compression on 103 octane. And tuned safe with my AEM EMS and a custom 3 1/2 -4 inch down-pipe (no exhaust)?

Also with 25-30 psi with same compression?

And should I consider a larger dual ball-bearing turbo?

Thanks

You should be anywhere in the 450-550whp range on that gas. Its a very vauge answer, as is the question because its dependant on so many variables, but based on your setup, Id say my guess is rather close.
On 25+psi, you may need higher octane, but expect well over 500whp.
I have a customer who has consistently dynoed 600+ on 22, 23psi with race fuel, so thats another set of numbers to bounce around...

Is he running a thicker head gasket to accommodate all that boost? If so, what size?

At 20 psi I ran a little over 580 whp. That was on a mixture of 4 gallons of 93 octane and 2 gallons of methanol which I estimate to be about 98 octane. I too was running out of injectors. I've since up'd my fuel pressure by 10 psi and am working on adjusting the MAP. My compression ratio is about 8.7:1.

Thanks for the help. I plan to upgrade to a GT35R and a new manifold and should be done by next month. I will be running the mods I currently have in my sig @ 16psi on 103.

Then right away I plan to start ordering parts to build my motor and would like to be running 25psi+. So do you know what size and brands of...

1. Compression
2. Rods
3. Sleeves
4. Injectors

and anything else I will need engine wise that is not in my sig?

Thanks
