my car has never come close to overheating with the huge heat exchanger.

Thanks, my aftercooler water pump is about to go cause of all the cold weather in the NE. Let me know if anyone has a stronger alternative.

link? fits really nice. kinda wish i had known about it. i almost did the lightnig fluidyne one, but i was worried it wouldnt fit.

I think some of those are sold on ebay too. At least the pictures in a couple of them look the same.
Would it make a big difference to go with the 3.5" thick core instead of the 2" thick one?
Is it needed or just excessive?

more fuild capacity to me is good. i would do it if you could fit it.
