Yeah your one is 3.5" thick too right so shouldn't be an issue fitting it I wouldn't think. It is slightly wider at like 20" though but still should fit as yours in the picture has space on each side no?

I used the Ford Lighting one from Affco, perfect dimensions.

Hey do you know the width of this? The width of just the core and then with the endtanks? Trying to see what the ones I am looking at will look like when installed.

What is AFFCO and do you know the capacity of that aftercooler radiator?

I like the Fluidyne idea but that thing is HUGE! I have a Spearco. Don't forget about them...they've been around for a long time.

Afco unit looked pretty nice but I decided to go the cheap route as I have had great experience with no name intercoolers before so I will see how the heat exchanger holds up. $120 shipped for it.

^^ you get what you pay for.

Not that I am bashing you reasons, but with sensitive issues of an SC/motor components. I wouldnt go cheap as it could cost you your motor.

Be careful.

Well not really so much with intercoolers and stuff. Super simple thing not very technical. As long as the welds don't bust and all should be good.
I have run an ebay intercooler before that was $200 and was the exact same core as a 900 one.
Also if it goes bad then I just won't make quite as much power at least when on stock boost as you can run it without an aftercooler.

i wouldnt mind experimenting with an ebay heat exchanger either, did you end up pulling the trigger on an ebay one? If so would you mind posting a link of one that will not have any fitment problems?
