the zeintronics unit can be had for 200$, not that bad, and can be put pretty much anywhere, but what would I know I just throw money out windows

IS that display compatible with the SOS unit though is my question?
Yes.

Positive?

I'd imagine different sensors output different voltages, and the display, may be calibrated on a different voltage scale.

Just clarifiying, b/c if that's the case, I'd pickup a cheap GM sensor, and that display.

This is the route I'm going.

I have the zextronic gauge with the gm flex fuel sensor. The SOS kit is nice and all but the flex fuel sensor and plug is only like $80. So your paying them because it comes with a nice mount for the s2000. The sensor is real easy to install. You just cut a few inches out of your fuel return and put the sensor in the middle of the fuel return.

Just to clarify, we charge the same for the sensor alone that you can buy it for online. The bracket does not cost much. The cost is in the SAE and AN fittings shown in the photo. The two sets cost nearly $70 alone - but are required. Slipping the hose over the fittings on the sensor can be unreliable.

I'm using the following sensor (which also works with Zeitronix display):

I went with the aforementioned sensor because of its more compact size.

We use AN6, which is the same size as the barb on the sensor (3/8").
