where did you mount your flexfuel sensor
I have the slim sensor which doesn't have the additional mounting points to mount to that bracket. I would like to get the AN fittings though. What is the the fitting that goes to the Sensor to convert it to AN?
Also what are you all using at the 12v source?

Slight switch of subject, how did you guys mount your Zeitronix gauge? Are there mounting holes on the back of it or anything? I can't find any good pictures of the back of the unit or any indication of how it can be mounted.

FYI - For those of us trying to connect the GM flex fuel sensor into the stock fuel lines, there exists an adapter that pushes onto the GM sensor and converts it over to a hose barb that fits into the stock fuel return line. The sensor side is a 3/8" EFI quick disconnect fitting, and the hose barb side is for 5/16" ID hose. I'm not 100% sure if the fuel return hose is 5/16" ID or 1/4" ID, but this hose barb fits without excessive force (much better than trying to push the hose onto the GM sensor directly, and it is barbed as it should be for proper seal/hold). Just for reference, the AEM FPR for our cars has the same size hose barb for the fuel return hose, so I'm sure its fine.
The adapters are sold in pairs, can be purchased at Autozone or several other auto stores, and cost $5.99 for the pair. The exterior is a hard plastic (kinda feels like an FRP) and the interior has a viton seal as all EFI connectors do. They snap on very securely and seal air-tight. I bought two pair just in case, lol. I can't speak for their longevity or anything other than fit/finish right now. I'll let you guys know when I get everything installed and running.

I'm not familiar with the AEM ECU... is the D plug have a spot for digital pulsed inputs? The output from the GM sensor is a digital pulsed signal. It isn't a straight 0-5v analog signal that would be used in a standard analog input on an ECU (like a wideband sensor or MAP sensor or temp sensor, etc). So if the AEM ECU has a spot for a digital pulsed input signal, then that's what you'd want to use.
If it doesn't have a spot for a digital pulsed input, then you will need to have something (like the Zientronix ethanol content analyzer) that can interpret the digital pulsed signal and output it into two separate 0-5v analog voltage outputs. Then you can wire in the analog voltage output for the ethanol content percentage into an analog voltage input on the AEM ECU.
Its all a bit confusing, but made simple if your ECU has an input for a digital pulsed signal, or if you have the Zientronix gauge.
