I wish I had calaceyfl's money.
She's the Orlando Big Baller.

As you get boost, your costs will go up. You will think you have cured your boost, and you'll want more. Look at me. I am a prime example. You will be pleased with the s/c. Turbo will need more time and care...Oh yeah...$$$ too.

Good luck in your quest.

JDM-great price on your kit!!

Thanks to all of you for your precious info
If anyone see a crazy deal on a "used" S/C Kit, or a used S/C alone; have me know!

If interested I would sell you a brand new turbo kit with ems, and 650 injectors and everything else necessary to get you boosted for 4000
PM sent

I'm gonna say exactly what I tell everyone... if you go F/I, make sure you have the extra cash to fix things that go wrong.
I'll keep that in mind.

right now Inline Pro is have a great deal on Turbo kits.. they are pretty much a bolt on kit. not much else you have to buy with out this kit.. check it out
Sounds amazing But I don't have the budget (I would need a new clutch, AEM, etc....)

I bought a used kit for $3000 but the "extras" you need to make it run is more than your budget will allow. Then I blew my motor and I'm may times over my initial purchase amount. Do it right the first time even if you have to wait a year to save enough.

I bought a used turbo kit of $3000. You're going to have to sell your car to pay for my set up now

It takes a lot of work and down time other than the initial install to have a totally reliable turbo setup. It can definitely be done, but it takes time and work, so I would say stay with the SC'er.
If you don't have tools, a lift, lot of time and not like to get your hands dirty, stay with a SC.

Ummm....Im not even turboed and can say this with 100% confidence. You are not going to turbo an s2000 for less than 7K, and IMHO, 10K is when you have a good, reliable, high quality kit.

$4000 dollar turbo kits are complete BS. Sure they might run for a week, but you will spend the money sooner or later, fixing crap that keeps breaking. I have yet to talk to a turbo owner (and I know a lot of them) that has spent LESS than 8K.

The clutch/install alone is 1400-1600 bucks. AEM is 1000 at the LEAST.

P.S. There is no such thing as a "turbo kit."
