Default White Smoke After Valve Adjustment

Hello everyone,

Recently I did a valve adjustment that fixed all the problems I've been having (low compression, misfires, etc). But, ironically, created a new one: white smoke after the car gets warm.
The car hasn't been driven in a while, just has been idling (I'm not sure it's safe to drive).

I don't think it's the head gasket (no coolant in the oil). Also, started the engine with the radiator cap off, no coolant came out (is that even a valid test?

What else could it be?

When car is cold (you can hear lots of water gurgling in the exhaust):

When car gets warm:

Also, I did a wet / dry compression test and these are the results. I attempted a leak down test a white ago, but it was sort of a disaster.

Thank you,

Condensation, completely normal.

Didn't see it before if your valves where not sealing the cylinders very well. AKA open valves during compression.

Wow, really? It seems to smoke a lot and I think it has a funny smell.

But it hasn't been driven in months.
So you think it's okay to drive it? And will it go away if I do?

Thanks,

Just depends on your air , and moisture in the air, when I was in a super dry climate, AZ, barley seen anything... now being in WA state... its really Smokey.

Wouldn't worry about it unless it smells like burnt oil.

Also a blown/push head gasket.... your car will eventually get very hot as it pushes cylinder air into your water jacket, and cause the coolant system to over pressurize and not work correctly.
Your car will get hot.. and cant recover. I Doubt you have a pushed HG.

Agreed, looks totally normal for a humid climate.

Okay, I'll try to drive the car and see what happens. )
Any idea why it only occurs once the car gets warm?

Thank you,

Just out of interest what supercharger are you running? Water takes a longtime to burn off in my OEM exhaust. Especially as it runs quite rich on start up. I have found after a good run it all disappears .

If you have a SC with aftercooler it might be worth checking your chargecooler fluid level just incase there is an issue with the chargecooler leaking into the inlet. Thats assuming that you have that kind of setup so forgive me if you dont!

The other thing it could be is that the car is running excessively rich due to the tune. Have you got an AFR gauge and wideband feedback running on your set up?

I didn't do any good runs, as the car hasn't been driven since September. But it was outside for a while, but not any more.

I have a Comptech Novi1000 supercharger with a Comptech aftercooler. Sorry, don't really know what an SC is I also thought that maybe the aftercooler (chargecooler) might be the reason this is happening, but I don't know how to check the fluid level. I'll do more research into that.

This set up works with the OEM ECU. I also have an AFR gauge that usually stays in the 14.7 range.

It ended up being valve steam seals. All smoke is gone now and everything is back to normal. Thank you for all your advice.
