I know someone running that stb with the Comptech a/c to with no problems.

Well I know that on a "stock" vortech it will not clear the aftercooler.

Sure you have it installed, but you can't get the fill cap off the aftercooler. It's also resting on the aftercooler in front of the throttle body.
