If you're looking at the blower from the front of the car, you will see that the bracket extends to the left of the blower. At the bottom of that bracket is the bolt that you loosen. It is the 3rd one down- 14mm, I think. If not, then 17mm.

When you loosen that bolt, the tensioner will release and you will be able to remove the belt without much trouble at all. To put it back on and tighten, you will need a pry bay of some length. A second person is helpful, but not necessary. Tighten it until you can only twist the belt about 90*.

New belts stretch after a few miles and need to be retightened at least once. Have you ever tightened it?

No, I haven't retighten the belt since it was first installed at the beginning of June. Think 1 1/2 mo, and about 2k miles will stretch the belt that much?

I'll check the 90* twist of the belt.

Mine did it's stretching at less than 100 miles and further adjustments were not necessary. You need to tighted your belt.
