Pretty straightforward. I actually use a little vasoline on the inside of the rubber to help the fitting slide in a little easier, as long as the line is cut straight, shouldn't be a problem. I wrap the fitting with tape, get it started, and either put one end in a vice, or just use two crescent wrenches if you don't have the an wrenches ($$).

When you cut it, wrap some tape around it, and then cut through the tape with a hacksaw, a cut-off wheel, or a dremel. It will smoke b/c of the burning rubber, and the tape will keep the ends from fraying as bad.

I bought a spare wiring harness that I cut up to extend my fusebox etc.. I did however put the fuse box in the passenger foot area, instead of the fender, as I don't like the idea of pulling the fender to change a fuse.

Pulling the fender

Extending the wires using my extra harness. Every wire was soldered, heat shrinked and taped.

Running the wires. I also ran the wire from the starter through the windshield area to the passenger fender so there's no wire going over the motor to the passenger side.

Ignore the uneven hole. My hole saw didn't work well while i was trying to cut it.

Good luck on the wiring tuck, it took a while to do it all correctly!

whats the best brand of hose ends and line, best quality, leak protection and heat protection? I'm thinking of ordering new Earl's swivel seal ends and 3ft of earls braided line. I need a 90 degree and a straight for the pfab kit. I know to cut the ends as even as I can with a good cutting wheel and use tape, do I need thread lock sealant on the threads for the adaptors?
