Default WONT START WITH AEM! HELP HELP HELP! PLEASE...

Okay so here it goes after hours of being stumped! I relocated my battery, fuse box, and the whole passenger side wiring harness in my Ptuning 2001 AP1 s2000. The car is cranking over but just not getting spark... Here is the process we went through and where it sits now. Car has a tune on a AEM V2 EMS and when torn apart for the relocations was running 110%

Test light to all the wiring and fuse boxes. DONE SUCCESSFUL WITH NO ISSUES
Spark test. The coils were getting power but would not spark a test light
Fuel Pump is priming and getting good fuel pressure

So just for the hell of it I put the stock ECU back in and it started!! Turned it right off once it started... And this is where i now stand. What would cause the aem to not send a spark signal is what im leaning towards. loose wiring... ecu issue... tune issue... Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

thanks all

Well at first the battery was on trickle charge and blah blah blah i ended up getting a new battery free replacement today because it still wouldnt hold a charge. Its really bizzare that the AEM v2 wouldnt create any spark at the coils but as soon as the stock ECU was put in the car fired right over... idled for 10 seconds are so... and then i shut it off. For the past few hours i proceeded to finish tucking all the wiring because im at the conclusion it has to be a tune or ecu related issue. IF it is a problem internally in the ECU AEM has a warrantee right? I got the ECU from real street about 4-5 months ago. Any guru`s around connecticut i can pay or bribe to come check it out???

Put the stock honda ECU back. Supposed to start.
Happened to me, but when I put the stock ECU, fired up right away. Then I put the AEM and started too. Something fishy. Sorts of priming it.

Oh sorry --- i missed that you already put the stock ECU.

I'm from connecticut. If you need a stock and no security ecu I have two.

Near the kick panel look for the LIGHT BLUE PLUG.
CHECK THE BLK/YEL WIRES (2 WIRES TOGETHER) FOR COIL. iN THE PLUG, ITS # 5 (first but at the bottom grid).
The injector wire is YEL/BLK #4 at the the end of the plug @1st grid.

The 2 wires for the coil also has a fuse - check the fuse 6.

If they are good connection and while you are in the same Light blue plug,
Check the ground. There are two grounds in that plug. BRN/YEL #15 at the bottom grid and # 14 BLK (both ground).

Electrical problem is a nasty zhyte, it will make an old man very old.........

Hmm I would check the ignition sync first. And when you turn key to on let pump prime for two seconds.
