Happened to me, but when I put the stock ECU, fired up right away. Then I put the AEM and started too. Something fishy. Sorts of priming it.

Oh sorry --- i missed that you already put the stock ECU.

Where abouts in CT?? Just checked that plug and it seemed fine. Just for shits n giggles I tried the stock ECU again and fired right up. WTF!!! I really hope the aem isn't fried! I hooked up my laptop with arm tuner and it connected and was giving feedback so that's gotta be a good sign right?

I'm from connecticut. If you need a stock and no security ecu I have two.

I'm in South Windsor. Yeah good sign that you can communicate with AEM thru laptop. Although I know, if your spark driver is dead you can also communicate with ECU. So, you are not out of the loop yet. Try reseting (plugging/unplugging/spray clean) the light blue plug that I told you. Maybe there's a connection that is not touching.
Unplug it and check the pins - make sure they are in the same height and not broken. You might have jammed it before.

Okay I'll try that! Could it also be the Crank position sensor? I disconnected it when I was trying to tuck thr plug and wire under the intake and thr middle of the 3 wires running to that plug was a shielded wire. I've never seen that before. Anyone know the importantance? And in right in Vernon. Know where Ron-a-roll and the tunnel/tunnel rd is?

Yeah crank sensor one of the most important sensor. If no signal, might as well go home in flatbed.
There is a grey plug near the throttle body. Unplug and plug it back....check the pin if not bend or push in.
If the crank sensor is bad...you need to replace it. You probably need to take the belt and maybe a tensioner. The sensor is tuck in the front cover
of the harmonic balancer. Shielded wire means to prevent any magnetic field signal that might screw/disrupt the signal.

I do, but the ECU was modified to handle my digital Race technology dash http://www.race-technology.com/dash2_8_940.html .
My car is not a Honda s2000, just the engine.... by the way.
