Thanks! Starting to isolate the possible failures that could cause the issue. So would it be smart to add a fuse breaker inline by my battery. Currently I have the battery in the trunk... power wire running up front to a distribution block where the 4 main power sourced things are running off of the d-block directly. Does anyone have a diagram of the wiring on a battery relocated car? Or even the stock diagram? I just want to double check that everything is safely run. And about the jump starting the car. If the AEM fuse is only rated to 60 amp should the battery postive cable have a 55amp in line fuse or breaker? It seems like alot of people put a 150 amp breaker in line though! help... lol

you want 150 amps to protect the car as a whole, the only reason you need to run a fuse on a relocated set up is incase you get t-boned,(wire gets cut and grounds to body with no load, and blows the fuse) otherwise the stock fuses are in the under hood fuse box, 100amp and 40 amp those are what actually protect the wiring of your car, think about if you didnt relocate anything, factory there is protection, you need to run a smaller fuse inline with the wiring that powers the ECU specifically, that should help,

I sent my aem 1052 in to them and they fixed it for free well out of the warranty period, so yours should be a no brainer !!! freebee...

good luck

Get your AEM connected to a laptop and make sure it is synching. The cam triggers and the crank position sensor all need to synch in order for the car to fire. If any of them fall out of the loop you are shit out of luck. Also, make sure you have a good battery because anything under 12 volts tends to cause issues.

The AEM was syncing. Just heard back from AEM and after a full bench test and using it on a employees s2000 it worked fine. Now I'm really stumped! Map maybe delete off the ECU???

So AEM is now sending me back the ECU since it worked with no issues found. The cars also not starting with the stock ECU now too. I checked the spark and it is sparking and is cranking but just wont turn over. Fuel pump is def on and is getting fuel up front. Anything else i can check? AEM wise im thinking that the map maybe got delete off it some how when i was inbetween the wiring changes and putting a new battery/jumping the car. Any CT locals want to help a fellow S2k owner?! ill buy the lunch and beer if you can give me a hand!
