Default wrap or not to wrap turbo hotside?

I was thinking of getting turbo blanket after a few weeks with my turbo heatshield I will stick with it and get a vented hood. The idea is to circulate heat out fast as possible, vented hood, high pressure radiator caps seems to work well. Turbo blanket or wrap I think will not remove heat as fast, since it will heat up the coolant much more, any opionion ?, my turbo GT35R is oil lubricated and water cool.
