Yes I am but the one I got was I thing either from a Honda element or insite. My friend got it for me and the adapter for snug when I tightened it. I didn't shorten it at all.

i cant decide if i trust that seal anymore... i can always buy a new one, shave the bolt and tighten it down. but will it blow again? did i not have it tight enough to begin with? tuner said i could consider running a smaller filter on the block and get rid of the relocation kit. it would be a tight fit and a small filter (civic size). either wrap it or shield it somehow. thoughts?

Um all civic and s2000 that I know of run the same OEM FILTER that I know of .ok pretty sure that all Hondas run the same oil filter

thanks for the info :/ ill do some research on it later. here are a few quick celly of what happend. somehow with 6 ppl watching, no one got a vid or picture of 8ft flames coming out the bay.

8 foot flames I think I would have just cryed like a baby lol;/. But great numbers man and I'm glad it didn't do any real damage but you will have fun cleaning the engine bay

Lol I was taking a video with my phone of the pull and literally dropped it when it fire started. My go pro caught part of the flames

They're all the same If you were able to get the canton bolt (not the Honda part) tightened well enough, you should be fine.

Not all hondA filters are the same, the s2000 uses a different filter
