Considering coating the supercharger.

Has anyone done this before? Opinions thoughts?

I powder coated mine. No need to do any type of heat coating though.

Powder coat/paint, Matt black would be best. Ceramic coating will keep the heat in, you want it out!

Charger is mounted close to fanimold, fanimold is off being coated at the moment, thought coating the charger would help keep manifold heat away from the charger. Set up in question is the HKS kit. I have the fuel upgrade kit too so 400bhp is achievable. Nkt going for max bhp as its a daily driver.

So we think no to coating charger... would coating the air pipework to and from charger be worth while? Im thinking good to keep fanimold heat engine heat away from air pipes.
