I'm thinking about just going there to get it and having them put it on for fitment. It's about a 4-5hr drive.

Don't bother making the drive. When I spoke to Russ through PM, he said he would help my friend and I installed them so we could drive them back home and take pics to show off on the forums.

We get there, he doesn't even help or anything. It seemed like it annoyed him that we were even there. Its like he just wanted the money and we do whatever we want after that. I tried to ignore it at first because I thought it was such a great deal.

I should've returned it right then and there. for Chaser

holly crap wow thats ridiculous. I spoke to Andrea today. She said they would install it for me for $300, and make sure it fit fine. But for 1300 + paint and cost to drive I'm starting to think I should just use my 275 credit for something else with them

Why the hell would anyone support a company like this when it is clear that they have a defective product?

I just spoke with ashley and she said that the hardware kits are coming in the week of April 26th and that everyone waiting on the hardware will be getting theirs shipped out priority..... of course, i have been told things like this in the past from chaser, so i will hold my breath.... but just an FYI for the rest of you guys.

sorry lag.....

upgrade to carbon!

i know a bunch of people are hating on chaser, but if the gap in the front of my top is closed up once the seals and latches are on (bc i cant tell at this point and wont know until the hardware comes), i will be %100 satisfied with my purchase. even tho there has been a long wait time. i can be patient for a good price!
