Good post...I was wondering why that guy kept bashing the top and praising VIS
i dont praise VIS.. they have their own problems. even the authentics have their problems.

when it comes to mugen tops

mugen>seibon/vis>c wings..

i just cant believe that someone would put a part that fits as badly as it does on your car to save a 100 bucks or so.

yes the CF one i didnt do anything to at all for fitment, just put it on, but i am using oem hardware brackets for the oem hardtops. i think thats the key on alot of fitment problems.... The FRP top was cracked from shipping so i had to repair it anyway... but when its just a crappy mold that someone gets it would require more sanding and fitting...

Seems a lot of people are having issues with fitment/ build quality?

You get what you pay for...
OEM FTW!! Only Oem or Authentic Mugen is worth the trouble

i received a cf one... i don't have any worthy pictures right now. I'll write a detailed review once I get this top fully dialed in and sort out some issues.

-question... the hardtop is supposed to be sitting on top of the stock weather seals, yes?

-is there something for the back of the hardtop (peice beneath rear window) that's supposed to help pull it down?

-what trunk spacers are you guys using?
