Why does everyone think that adding ITBs will yield huge power gains? Their function isn't to increase HP
I hope Roger won't mind me doing this, but I check their website everyday, and his dyno is up. Now bear in mind, this is w/o the velocity stacks, conservative fuel (and probably timing) maps, and not a particularly world renowned tuner...
I'm happy for him, solid +15rwhp peak, 10 ft/lbs peak, and a healthy rise thru the entire midrange, sepecially at VTEC crossover. There is defenately some room for improvement in the tuning looking at this dyno...his powerband (stock and ITB) peak too early for his engine...I'd like to see the printout of the AFR, and possibly what his timing is...

**edit** upon looking at this more, I would adjust the VTEC engagement down another 100rpm opting for a smoother transition and more area under the curve, and then (hard to really say what's going on w/o an AFR plot), it looks like the mixture might be running rich between 6600 and 7500 rpm. The lower RPM's follow a very smooth path, so I'm not sure what can be done in that range other than maybe advance the timing a little...
Also...I'm concerned with the decay after 8000 rpm...that curve should still be climbing to 8700 rpm before it starts to dip...I'd look at the fuel maps up there, it's probably running pig rich (safe, but not ideal).
***edit again*** Actually, the stock plot shows a nasty dip after 8000 rpm too...maybe a valve adjustment might help here...

^ that is a pretty good gain compared to his stock numbers..
People always like to look at the peak numbers but I think it is more important to observe carefully from your stock numbers to what you have gained afterwards.
That is a pretty nice mid power too and i'm sure you can get more out of it after better tuning.
