No Yuengling?!? I'm not a huge beer drinker but it's one of the few that I really like.
No plans to do anything to the rears b/c I don't need any more clearance out back. What I've got done in the rear works just fine

Well my fender project has been wrapped up and done. I dropped the car off last week before going on vacation and picked it up on Monday morning. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. While the body shop had the car I also had them respray most of the driver side to fix my paint that didn't match from when it got repaired after my accident in January. I think I'm almost happier than my car is all one shade of silver than having fenders that came out good.
I didn't really take many pictures since the last update. Not much changed in the way that they looked except for them being refined just a little. I actually ended up getting them about 99% of where I wanted them to be a let the body shop do the rest. They were close enough to perfect that they didn't charge me to do a small amount of smoothing out.
This is the last pic with primer on the fenders before I dropped it off.

Fenders done! I'm 100% happy with how they turned out. I've learned a whole lot in this process and although I feel like I could achieve these same results in far less time I'm still not so sure I want to do it again. Please excuse the Blackberry pics. can't find my camera

Now I'm just waiting on some nice weather so I can clean the car and get some pictures.
I also worked on this in the middle of doing my fenders.

yeah I think the biggest problem most people have is finding a shop they feel confident in and a shop that feels confident they can do it as well. I think this is why most of us have just decided to do it ourselves...well that and to save money. Save money was probably the biggest reason I did it myself. Great learning experience but a lot of hard work.
