Forcewerks Flares Installed
Welding is best, yes. I have a 90 Amp flux core welder, but I wasn't confident enough to weld through both layers of metal, so I did what was second best, riveting. I mean for $330, I'm super happy. $205 for the flares to my door, $80 for paint/clear, $45 for sandpaper/undercoat/silicone/rubber weatherstrip. And as far as the Forza comment, it was a joke because my buddy has an APR wing and teal RPF1's. Has nothing to do with my car. Again thanks for positive comments and information to the few mature guys reading this thread.
Your car your money. I am personally not a fan of flares but it's not my car

Yes, indeed I posted in a public forum....There's a difference between negativity and bashing. People are going to blow up a thread because I opted for a Forcewerks flare rather than a double the price ASM flare. Oh and to knock on my Rota DPT's? Just plain immature. I guess I was wrong when I thought S2000 guys are a BIT more mature when it comes to threads like this one. Its all good though. ^^Exactly my point, "let me cut the **** out of my S2000, BUTTTTT make sure I spend more money on ASM flares because thats what the cool kids do." Strange lol. And by NO MEANS am I bashing ASM. They make awesome parts for our cars, just a little out of my budget. But again, keep the positivity coming to all the mature car guys. If anyone has any questions or concerns on how to do this, feel free to PM me. And thanks again for the few compliments.

I was referencing the fact that you decided to rivet your quarters instead of weld them. Keep on innovating playa, you're just making the resale value of my car go up and up and up.......
