Please post pics of hardwired radar detectors in the S. I want to put my V1 in, but dont want to have it hooked up to the cig lighter.

Oh- I would provide a picture, but I won't be near my car for another few days. Definitely do it! I love mine. It is so clean now that the wires are not hanging around anymore.

I've seen some of them placed at the top of the windshield and the wires are ran through the top and down the pillars....... where is the best place for it to pick up the signal or does it not matter? Thanks

I have a hardwired V1 and mine is mounted right where ruexp67 has his mounted. I also have the smaller concealed display in the little compartment behind the cupholder in the AP1 center console.
