I posted mine in the official radar detector thread. I'm a fan of the X50 over the V1, that thing has saved me so many times. Unfortunately my screen just broke on it.

To make it nice an concealed you have two choices, and I have done both. You can mount it up high and run the wire under the top trim by the map lights and down the a piller, or you can mount it low on the windshield and run the wire behind the front of the dash out of sight. Both are pretty straight forward and easy to do.

Lee...with that set-up, does it still pick-up the radar if it's coming from behind you? With the OEM HT on, I would think that it wouldnt pick up the signals behind you?!
