Looks like it's sitting on a hinge and the support brackets have extra mounting points for angle adjustment? I'm sure he's just being sarcastic and set those to air brake mode , from the look of it the spoiler should sit around 45 degree with the supporting rods bolted on the lowest holes.

Very unique. Love how it is adjustable. I don't know the full advantage of a wing like that since I'm no track whore by any means, but it is just so interesting. Anyways, much respect to customizing your own.
