New DD.
I work at a Honda dealer and really don't like the new civic. So boring to me, looks like a camry, corolla, and a honda all mixed up. The interior is also very lackluster. Also an Si without an 8k rpm redline is just not right!!! haha. I don't mean to be so negative just sharing my 2 cents. Congrats on the new daily, its a very nice car but i would have waited for this.... Or a Mazdaspeed 3
I was told by a friend of mine who sells Fords to hold out for the Focus ST.
However, I have known for a long time that when it was time for a new DD, the Si was the top of my list. I don't need more performance for the money, and after having several Hondas over the years that have not let me down - while having the opposite experience with a couple of Fords during that same time, it was really easy to buy the Civic.
The purpose of buying the Si was to get a brand new car that would be fun to drive every day, yet be reliable with good MPG...nothing more, nothing less. If I feel the need to have a more exciting and fun experience ripping through the gears or the corners, I already have that: there's a S2000 that has been providing that for seven years still in my garage.
