Jacob and I mess around from time to time. Its all in good fun thats why the moderators haven't locked it. We have a history of this. All harmless fun IMO.
You got to keep these kids in check or they will run rampant over the boards..

 

i hate turbo's more than anyone, so i say fight the power, but what th hell does this thread have to do with turbo's?

 

Another member was talking about this intake and Jacob merely stated that he would walk right by a NA powered S2k with the ASM intake with his turbo s2k. Thats all..

This is truly a work of art, as intakes go, and in my opinion, WORTH EVERY PENNY.

My only question is why would you put this work of art in an engine bay that looks like ass? For God's sake, man- clean that thing up!



One more thing- turn that ring clamp around so you don't see the ugly bolt. Hide the bolt underneath to give it a clean line in the middle.

I think that is the truth of it. People who think $3K for an intake is a better idea than $6K for a turbo are more interested in looks than performance.

I mean, how fast can you go with the hood open. That's the only way anyone's going to see it.
