we did black lips on danny ways e46 m3, hre's, it looks really good, its hard to pull of, but when done right

i think those silver bolts and the ride height arn't helping much

Black chrome will look great. I bought some parts from a guy in Louisville a month ago and he had a Berlina Black 2001 with AP2 wheels black chromed and they looked really good. I can't wait to see your new wheels.

I just saw some LM's on a Black e46 M3. He had the mesh face powdercoated in a flat grey with a texture in the powdercoat, with high polished bolts and rims. It looked GREAT.....and I'm not one normally for gray or black wheels.

The red calipers behind the wheels really stood out without being too gawdy.
