All 18" wheels will rub on the S2000 and this includes the LMs. Assuming you're running staggered and not running something stupidly narrow.

Show me a BBS LM sold in black from the factory. It doesn't exist.

I think they look best as-is. I've been in this game a long time. Good luck.

all 18" wheels won't rub if you have the right offsets. I am pretty slammed on my 18's and don't rub one bit and I got the standard 8" and 9" rear width rims oh and no body mods. you are correct though i don't think i have seen factory colored black lm's from bbs. I believe the black ones were done that way with the red pin strip.

Ben are these not factory black?

I've been in the game for a long time too man. They look good silver, but its time to switch things up.

As far as suspension goes, I'm on Zeal Function B6's with Street Spring rates. My car is lower now than in the first photo. I have a 1 finger gap all the way around. I rub in the front against the plastic fender liner clip and my rears are rolled.

18x8 front +50 tires currently are 225
18x9.5 rear +55 tires are currently 255/40 but I'm going to a 265/35 and getting body work done.

u definitely have, but not in the wheel game.

those aren't factory. they probably fuqed around with it. what makes u think that's original bbs? cuz the picture's neat? look at the front wheels. they're as wide or wider than the rears. cute pic tho.

the biggest prob is the fronts since even if u roll them, the plastic fender is always going to rub since u can't exactly roll this

I was under the impression quite a few people around here (including Importsport and Wantone) are running the same LM setup with little to no rubbing.

I don't plan on lowering much (if at all) ... so figured it wouldn't be an issue.

u rub or u don't. there's no middle kinda rub.

even with my custom fikses FM-10s, the fronts rubbed period. u have run 225s up on 18s. 17s are cool cuz u can get 215s in 17s.

As soon as mine arrive, I will let you know if there is any rubbing. I will be running the same setup as Dark Sub with Potenza RE-01R's.

I understand some guys went from Bridgestones that rubbed (same 225 / 255 setup) to Goodyear GSD-3's that no longer rubbed in the same size.

Anyway - will keep you guys posted.

nice tire choice man. i know that the s-03s back in the day along with ps2s run big. the re050A Pole Positions don't run as big as the PS2s.

fikses FM-10s 18x8, 18x10.5
