haha.. I came to the same conclusion with that one.

irmos2k, i first saw it on a jeep after knowing super cars and what not do it. The jeep is what made me curious.

ryne, yeah without the shop I dont know what I would do..

rugsr, Yes. there are two pipes that run the fluid. When I get the chance I will snap some pictures of them so you can get a better idea

Nice job on the work, regardless of any potential performance gains or losses.

On another note, I love the way those bumper cutouts look next to the license plate. Would just adding these vents alone reduce the amount of drag at highway speeds? Anyone know>

everyone is saying how the lf-a's radiatior is in the rear......this is true but the reason the lf-a has 2 radiators in the rear is that with the addition of its upper vent and side vents, it creates downforce for the rear wheels WHILE cooling the motor(sort of killing 2 birds with on stone). Yet how this is mounted, it would have the opposite effect and at higher speeds would actually remove downforce.

Made me think of a demolition derby car. This way if someone smashes your front you can stay competitive in the demos because your engine won't overheat now.

My thinking is that this would be possibly more efficient at speed cause you would still get good flow across the rad, and now the bay is getting more fresh cold air as well.

However it seems that sitting in traffic you now have the rad being heated by the exhaust. I am curious to see if you now have summer time traffic overheating issues.

Also with the angle that it is at, it seems that it would be creating a fair amount of lift at any real speed.
