Sorry to hear that. We just missed one yesterday (in our Accord, though) - a doe ran between us and the car ahead of us. We were doing about 75 mph and it was raining. Luckily, she was running low (flat out) and even if we hit her, she'd have probably stayed down (ie, not hit the windshield). We missed her by about three or four feet, at best.

Closest I've ever come to hitting a dear, thank God.

 

reminds me of in my s about 2week ago coming home from school.... out of no where this thing bolts, i swear it jumped over my hood it was so close idk how i didnt hit this thing
