I have 5% tints all around, I want to get like 30% or something on the front windshield, does anybody have that and/or have pictures??

 

I haven't seen an S2k done that way, but here's an E46 BMW with 15% all around and 50% on the front windshield, should give you an idea.



Whilt I think it looks hot, Isn't front windshield tint illegal in all the states?

I think that looks really good, but that would definitely bother me at night.

 

I think this is rice. It impairs your night time driving and you will get pulled over constantly. DONT DO IT.

You know... I was thinking about tinting my windows. But then I thought... I bought a convertible because I love driving top down in the SUN. Why would I spend several hundred dollars on something to BLOCK the SUN??

Get a bottle of SPF30. It's only $4-6 and won't get you pulled over as much.

Illegal or not, it can save you. Back in the day I had a lowered dodge truck and we were rolling up the highway to a show. A semi-truck tire blew and flew into my windshield, the only thing that stopped the tire from coming in was the tint, since then I always run it on the windshield.

I would look at something like 80% on the windshield because at night going too dark makes it hard to see.
