Default 07 s2k interior swap

Just bought my 2007 silverstone metallic honda s2000 last week with a black interior, however i really enjoy the red/black interior. Im going to be buying the red/black door panels and the red/black seats, however the carpet i am just going to leave black for now with new red floor mats over them. I was reading the forums and came across a post that said the 2006 models have different seat rails (possibly just the passenger side), i guess my question is which seats can i use for my s2k? Am i able to use red/black ap1 seats or must i go with 2006+ s2k seats for my 07?
all replies are greatly appreciated thanks

What you need is to find some red/black panels in the for sale section as they pop up time to time. Then get yourself a set of these:

Finally, finish it off with the OEM UK full floormats in red.

This will be a more cost effective solution. Its what I have done :-)

Unless you use the Classico covers as pwrinxs suggests, you'll have to find 06+ seats as the outer passenger seat belt mounts on the seats on 06+ cars rather than the floor as on earlier ones plus they have a weight sensor built into the rails for the airbag sensor

One other note---the 06+ cars have the solid headrests and the 00-05 had the headresrs with the "hole" in the middle.

I personally own a pair of them, and it is fantastic. I think it's better than OEM in terms of quality and texture.

Thanks for the link. Looks like they don't have the exact AP1 seats cover as the head part doesn't have the helmet resting part.( the cave?) maybe it will be too completed to have that.

I just bought and installed some of those Clazzio seat covers on my S2K. None of them have the headrest cutouts for the AP1 seats. The fitment although the not looking as tight fitting as a stock seat still looks great. And considering I have only had it for a few days I expect it to tighten up a bit more. On day one of having them on a shop I got to couldn't even tell they were covers. So that made me feel a little better about the figment.

Where are you located? I have an 06 with clazzio seat covers and redone red/black interior that I want to go back to black.

I'd do a swap with you of door panels/arm rest plus a little cash for the seat covers

I'm located in northern Virginia
