Panels are actually off of a Euro EG Civic, but I've come to trust the advice given here on S2KI a lot more than most other boards so I'm consulting the experts :P

Any ideas are welcome. I mostly just don't want to try something stupid to remove that stray paint and end up damaging the panels further. I'm willing to take them to an upholstery shop if needed.
