I've sort of left this dangling out there, but I ordered a dual pod A pillar pod from speedhut.com. I am going to put a prosport oil temp gauge from the performance blue/white series in it along with a Prosport analog clock. The clock is part or their premium series and in the amber/white section, but should match the oil temp gauge well. I am hopeful that I will have it all installed early next week.
In side news, I replaced my MY00 strikers for AP2 Strikers (unsure model year) and the interior is far quieter. Little more power from the headunit and the sound would be great.
