Default garage opener install?

Anybody ever find a good spot where I can put my garage opener, so it is readily accessible but hidden? Like under the steering wheel or something?

On the 08-09 seats you can use the loop side of Velcro to stick it to the cloth on the front of the seat, under your knees.

On my AP1 I put it inside the left side of the dash, there's a tray area to the left of the steering column that you can Velcro it to. It's completely hidden and all you need to do is reach under the dash with your left hand. The key is to find a spot where gravity doesn't constantly pull on it, eventually gravity will win.

Mine is in a spot just to the left of the steering wheel. Reach under the dash and then there is a spot on the other side of the plastic. I put some velcro there and stick my opener to it. You can't see it, it has never fallen and doesn't rattle.

I went to Canadian Tire (like Pep Boys or Autozone south of the border) and got a compact remote that fits in the cup holder/console compartment.

Have to admit the power/range of this remote is marginal
