I am trying to Install my hardtop using OEM hardware, I just gutted my soft top and the brackets that the oem rear catchers mounts to is the soft top mounting brackets. Has anyone mounted there hardtop with out the soft top using OEM hardware? I think I can maybe mod the soft top brackets and make it work or buy CR brackets for 65 EACH side (trying to avoid spending more money)

I found the part numbers for the CR brackets

if anyone has modified there soft top brackets to do this Id love to see pics or a wright up.

 

I used a dremel N took tge spot welds off the oem soft top, took braket from it
