Default Low profile seat rails

I've been through Google, here, and S2000.com in search of options to rail the stock seats lower. I saw that the options are/were (in some cases):

Buddy Club - cheap poor rep
Mugen - not for stock seats
Sinu - (closed? Limited feedback on short prod run)
BYS - Import from JP only?

Are there any other viable options about for a 2007 or am I just going to have to pull the trigger on BYS and wait for a while?

Thanks for beating this dead horse.

Ide like an answer to this as well. This is only dificult because we have
2006+ s2k's. For all models lower then 2006, there is less to worry about
because there is no airbag sensor connected to the seat. It pisses me off
how the pasenger seat is much higher then the drivers seat and you cant
even lean it back very much in the 2006+!!

In for help

I've got BYS, I know there were a few people (years ago) that modified the OEM rail so that it was lower. I know there was a DIY write-up on it before the site upgrade and I have no clue where it is now.

The one downside to the BYS rail is that it only lowers the seat cushion itself, it does not lower the entire seat, this causes the lumbar to be higher than it should be, some may find this uncomfortable, I know I'm starting to.

As someone who is 6ft1 i really need to lower the seats in my car. I often cannot see the stop lights when im waiting and either have to slouch down or hang my head out the window. if anyone can find the DIY OR the seats rails to replace the stock rails id greatly appreciate it.

I had the BYS rail for a while... they work well but hard to get and pricey.

BYS - IMO is your best bet. Good luck I should also mention that I have owned a buddy club seat and rail set and had not problems. In anything you will have defective parts Shame on them for letting bad batches go out but that's how it is

I sat in an AP1 about a week ago with the BYS rail and it was great. I'm 6'3" and trying to see stoplights, in my AP2, is getting old. However, I'm not ready to throw down $300+ for a single seat-rail.

Also, I didn't think the Buddy Club rail fit on the oem seat?
