Yes there is, do a search for BYS seat rail.

They are about £300 each from Japan - i had one and it was one of the best mods i did to the car.

Yeah - do a search for it.

You'll probably have to shim up the leading edge of the seat for under-thigh support, but it utterly transforms the driving position.

WTF Honda never contrived a height adjuster is beyond me.

Yep. Purchase from RHDJapan and keep your fingers crossed. Customer service from both RHD and BYS is non-existent. They won't even reply to mails.

When I sit in the passenger seat now I feel like my head is out the top of the car.

You could just take a hammer to the 2 rear studs on the bottom of the seat pan that the existing rails bolt too.

I don't think there's any difference

the 2006+ seats are slightly different to the earlier ones and are a bit higher for some reason
